Any actual engagement for the Database Audit, or an ongoing retainer is governed by a separate, signed service agreement, not by these Terms of Use. Where the terms of a signed service agreement conflict with these Terms of Use regarding that engagement, the signed service agreement governs.
4. The CRM Decay Calculator
The CRM Decay Calculator and any similar estimation tools on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Results are based on general industry patterns and the figures you enter, and are estimates, not guarantees, projections, or professional advice. Actual results from any engagement with REM will vary based on your specific CRM, database condition, market, and other factors. You should not make business or financial decisions based solely on the calculator’s output.
5. User Content
