- Business information, such as your brokerage or company name, the CRM you currently use, your role (e.g., brokerage owner, team lead, or individual agent), your approximate database size, your average commission per deal, and whether you have authority to approve a service agreement, when you submit our Database Audit request form.
- Calculator inputs, such as your monthly CRM cost, monthly lead volume, average commission per deal, and lead-to-close rate, when you use the CRM Decay Calculator. These figures are used only to generate your estimate and are not independently verified.
- Website usage information, such as the pages you visit and general interaction with our site, collected through standard analytics tools.
If you enter into a paid engagement with REM (a Database Audit, or ongoing retainer), any access to your CRM data during that engagement is governed separately by your signed service agreement, not by this Privacy Policy. That agreement limits REM’s access to workflow and contact-record modules necessary to perform the engagement; REM does not access, export, or retain your financial records or unrelated business data.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to:
- Respond to your audit request, inquiry, or submission, and follow up regarding our services.
- Scope and price a Database Audit, Pilot, or retainer engagement based on the business information you provide.
- Generate the estimate shown by the CRM Decay Calculator.
- Improve our website and understand general usage patterns.
- Send occasional updates about REM’s services or newsletter content, if you have separately opted in to receive these.
Who do we share your information with?
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with marketing partners or advertisers. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate this website and deliver our services:
- Website hosting and analytics providers, used to operate this website and understand general usage patterns.
These providers process your information only as necessary to perform these functions on our behalf and are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your contact and submission information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you have engaged us for, and maintain business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us.
